Challenge
Building on a purchased event-catalog software base, extensive changes were needed to match the client's specific requirements.
Solution
After a few iterations, work shifted to an Agile approach (defining the next set of tasks once the current batch was done) for ongoing customization of the project. Main areas of work:
- Adding new features
- SEO optimization: improving page load speed, cleaning up page response codes
- Localization into 15 languages
